4Had a great stay – perfect place a for a group of friends. Zoe, the housekeeper, was super friendly and kept our place nice and clean.
5Great stay in a really central location, which made everything easy. The place was clean, well looked after, and had all the amenities we needed. It was also very kid friendly, our kids had a great time and felt comfortable the whole stay. The house keeper was fantastic and everything was presented beautifully. We had a small issue at the start, but it was handled straight away with clear and helpful communication. Overall, a very smooth and enjoyable stay. Would definitely come back.
5Great location and close to all attractions
4We had a very nice stay. Super fast and professionel communication with the Nox team. Our kids enjoyed the pool – and we all found the premises to be very comfortable (although a bit worn down to the price).
5Beautiful place
4Het interieur is smaakvol , nieuw en rustig . De master bedroom is ruim , de andere slaapkamers zijn erg klein. Geen afzet ruimte voor koffers. Wel goede kasten. De ontvangst door Zoë is great. Omgeving rondom zwembad heeft opknapbeurt nodig.
Fijn dat de eerste levensbehoeften zoals koffie /thee/ olie etc ruim aanwezig zijn , evenals vaatwasser tabletten.
5Honestly the rental was perfect for what we needed – great space, clean, safe and with parking. But nox was the real MVP. I really enjoyed their customer service and when back in Cape Town I cant imagine renting with anyone else.

É uma localização muito boa, proximo a a varios pontos de referencia. Tem um manual muito bom disponivel, com proposta de atividades para ferias em familia.

4The neighborhood is wonderful, close to the sea and all amenities, and very safe. It’s clear the house has been recently renovated, and we encountered some difficulties with the doors, especially the main entrance and bathroom door, but this doesn’t detract from the overall value of the house. It was a safe and welcoming place, and the staff were helpful and friendly. The cleanliness was excellent, especially from the house cleaner, Zoe. If the price were lower, it would be an ideal choice, but it’s a busy season with high prices. Thank you.
5Nox has a team of people who are always on call to help you with whatever you need. The team is professional and courteous and always available. The house itself is every bit as comfortable and spacious and clean as it looks in the pictures. Nice area as well, within walking distance to the promenade. 5 stars.

3Wir sind als Familie mit 7 Erwachsenen plus 2 Kindern gekommen. Die Schlafzimmer sind super klein bis auf das Hauptzimmer, in einem Zimmer können die Fenster nicht geöffnet werden, weil das Bett davor steht, die 4 Schlafzimmer sind mit einer sehr steilen Treppe zum Wohnzimmer verbunden, für Kinder und Opa/Oma nicht angenehm. Leider auch nicht in Bildern oder Text gut beschrieben. Wir hatten einige Probleme in der Unterkunft: eine Dusche verstopft, Müll vom Vormieter, keine Handtücher, Baumhaus mit kaputten Treppen, … telefonisch konnten wir Nox nicht erreichen, dementsprechend konnten wir uns in den nächsten 3 Tagen damit herum schlagen, Mails zu schreiben damit die Probleme teilweise behoben wurden. Eine Entschädigung seitens Nox wurde nicht angeboten, auch ein Wechsel der Unterkunft kam nicht für Nox in Frage. Gastgeber vor Ort und Reinigung waren sehr lieb und gewillt zu helfen. Als Unterkunft mit der Familie nicht zu empfehlen. Preis Leistung stimmt nicht. Schade!
5Beautiful location, well located, proactive staff. We particularly appreciated the caring experience provided by housekeeping lady, staying here gave us the hotel experience paired with the laid back home staying.

5We loved our stay and spent 2 weeks in the villa. It was clean, quiet, spacious and lots of natural light with strong internet. We really enjoyed the Pool and BBQ as well!

5We had a fantastic two-night stay here with our small family. The place was super clean and cozy, with beautiful new design furniture. I loved the comfy bed. The kitchen was fully equipped, including a proper coffee machine, so I could enjoy my morning coffee on the terrace, from where you can see the lion’s head.
Nox thinks about every little detail to make us feel at home and really elevate their guests’ experiences. There was even a gas BBQ provided, which was a nice bonus for cooking outdoors.
Cafes, restaurants, the ocean, and hiking trails are all close, making it ideal for families.
I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a place where you feel at home immediately. I can’t wait to come back, next time a bit longer, hopefully 🙂
5It was outstanding. The poolside area was perfect for relaxing, and the outdoor dining area provided a picturesque setting for meals. The living and dining rooms featured high-end hardwood furniture and floors, adding a touch of elegance and comfort.
Parking was convenient with off-street spaces for two cars and a double garage for extra security. The combination of luxurious amenities, beautiful design, and thoughtful details made my stay unforgettable. I highly recommend it for a relaxing getaway.
