1. 5The Quendon Penthouse managed by Nox gave us a Wow! feeling and experience as soon as we entered! The pictures are exactly as indicated or even more. The place was spotless and we had a housekeeper come in each day which was a big plus! The views were to die for; overlooking Signal Hill and the Ocean giving a very holiday-ish feeling. Security 100%. The building is also a walking distance from the beach and the Checkers is just a 2 minute walk. There are so many eateries around making it very comfortable. The kitchen is very well stocked with enough utensils for cooking in-house. We cooked our food most of the time. An additional cooking pots would be helpful. This is a very homely house, very well furnished ,I definitely recommend and would come back here again.
   Keep it up Nox! On the downside, we inadvertently my girl stained a-pillow case and some towel with hair dye and make up though unintentional. We however agreed to pay for professional cleaning of the same with some discount.

5. 5nice view and great and stylish apartement with private pool. maybe 2 more sunbeds would be great but other than that its all perfect and lots of stuff and details available, even coffee, milk, daily cleaning etc. Very modern and nearly 360 degree view.

6. 4Our stay in this penthouse was a great experience. The overall condo is beautiful and the location is ideal. The view are stunning, we had great sunsets and lions head views.
   The host was very responsive and even helped retrieve a lost item after we had checked out. Really appreciated this!
   We paid 200 euro a night and have to say this was excellent value.
   Sime things to note, there was a smell from the showers that implies there are some problems with the plumbing. Now and then we noticed a smell but this was cleared easily once windows were opened. The daily cleaning is a nice addition and alleviates this.
   The main shower didn’t drain at the start but Nox got this fixed quite quickly and we’re flexible.
   Make sure your key works for the back gate, we ended up requesting the code from the reception.
   Pool was cold in September (can’t be surprised)
   I absolutely recommend staying in this apartment.

7. 5This stunning three-level penthouse in Sea Point was perfect for our family of five. The views were breathtaking, with 180-degree panoramas of the ocean and Lion’s Head mountain from the mostly glass walls. The building was very secure, and the easy check-in process and daily housekeeping were fantastic perks. We loved using the outdoor barbecue and having satellite TV.
   ​A few things could be improved. The two downstairs bedrooms lack air conditioning, which, combined with the direct sun exposure through the glass walls, made them quite warm. The pool is also unheated and the lighting in the outdoor area could be brighter. We were also a little disappointed there was no streaming TV available.
   ​Overall, the positive aspects—especially the incredible views and excellent service—far outweighed the minor issues. We would recommend this penthouse to anyone looking for a secure and scenic stay in Cape Town.

8. 5The apartment has incredible views from all sides. Stunning seaview and Mountian views, secure parking and easy access to all shops and restaurants. It’s also well equipped and has everything you need. We loved our stay there and would definately book again.

9. 5Mi estancia ha sido fantástica. El apartamento es precioso, con una ubicación perfecta, servicio de limpieza diario, vistas espectaculares, cerca de los restaurantes y la playa. Repetiría sin duda.

10. 5Unterkunft war sehr sauber und der Services sowie Kommunikation war super. Sehr hilfsbereit und schnelle Reaktion vom Gastgeber bei Problemen und Anliegen.
    Aussicht war top von der Unterkunft aus.

11. 4Die Lage ist top. Fußläufig sind viele Restaurants, Supermarkt etc. innerhalb ein paar Minuten zu erreichen.
    Kleines Manko war der Pool, da das Wasser etwas trüb war und keine Pumpe lief, die das Wasser auffrischte.
    Zudem würde ich nicht empfehlen die Unterkunft mit 6 Personen zu buchen, da eins der Zimmer ohne Fenster und Klimaanlage ist und es dadurch nachts sehr stickig und warm ist.

12. 4Positiv: Die Aussicht ist atemberaubend und das Highlight daher die dachterasse.
    Die Lage ist eine Minute zu Fuß von der Main Straße in seapoint super. Man fühlt sich sicher und frei über der Stadt, weil kein hohes Haus drumherum gebaut ist. Alle waren freundlich. Das loft ist perfekt für 6 Leute, man hat viel Platz und das Auto ist sicher in der Tiefgarage.
    Negativ:
    Mixer und Musikbox waren defekt und es wurde gesagt sie werden ausgetauscht, was aber nie geschah.
    Nagel stehen teils heraus am Bretterboden um den Pool, das ist echt gefährlich, wenn man dort sitzt.
    Das cleaning Personal kam zwischendurch nicht, war nicht jeden Tag da.
    Das kleinste Zimmer hat keine Klimaanlage oder Fan und man muss die Tür nachts auflassen, weil man sonst Luftnot bekommt.

15. 5Fantastic stay at the sea point penthouse – the location, apartment itself and safety were great. Daily cleaning and responsive hosts who took care of things like pool cleaning, faulty AC etc right away!
    Only downside is that one of the rooms is tiny with no windows or ventilation, but no comments otherwise!
    Would be happy to return anytime

20. 5L’appartement est vraiment incroyable, très propres avec une très bonne terrasses on a beaucoup aimé séjourné dans cet appartement avec mes amies. On a une très bonne vue, environnement calme sécurisé et discret. Des très bon restaurant aux alentours à pied et supermarché à proximité on a manqué de rien et avec une très bonne femme de ménage qui passait 6 jours sur 7 entretenir la propreté l’appartement. Je recommande fortement en famille ou groupe d’amis

30. 5The picture doesn’t do justice. The view of Lionhead is right in front of you.!!
    They said daily cleaning service, which definitely helps keep the place clean .
    Unfortunately, you cannot have any guests. That was a downfall apart from that everything else went smoothly.

32. 5A really beautiful penthouse . The architecture and decor of the apartment is lovely . The rooftop pool is spectacular and the views are great ( particularly over Lions head ) . It is a really beautiful place in a great location

    The flat is just stunning, very good located in Capetown and easy to access.
    Private pool area is worth the stay to enjoy amazing sunsets. This is your sign to book it!!

36. 4This apartment is stunning and in a fantastic location if you’re looking to explore Cape Town for a few days. There are some definite quirks to the management company however, and if you desire more privacy, it might not be ideal.

39. 3The apartment is situated in a good location with good sea views. It’s truly a beautiful home. Check in was delayed by over an hour, the sofa had stains and was not clean at all which resulted in us sitting on the floor, The outside patio area was not cleaned as well and it was visibly left that way for a while. Other than that the place was beautiful, beautiful finishes and truly upmarket.

45. 4Such a wonderful stay! The house is clean and safe. The space is big and accommodating. We enjoyed the pool!
    Winds can get a bit strong on gusty days, but that’s the area.
    Great communication with checkin and throughout.

    A little paradise, in a very central spot, the house is very well equipped and absolutely delightful
    The view over signal Hill is stunning and one out to sea is lovely
    Sun is on terrace till late afternoon and the opening I’d patio doors makes it very light and airy
    Parking and security and ease of location couldn’t be better
    Caroline who looked after us daily was a treat & superb
    Nox and Terrence on checking in, dealing with queries etc was very welcoming and helpful
    Cant wait to go back next year

49. 4Das airbnb ist insgesamt sehr schön. Auf drei Etagen und einer großen Terrasse hat man sehr viel Platz.
    Leider ist die Einrichtung ganz schön in die Jahre gekommen. Einige Dinge waren kaputt oder einfach alt.
    Zudem war die Kommunikation wirklich schwierig. Wir hatten bspw. Draußen kein Licht. Es war kaputt und es wurde uns jeden Tag versprochen, dass jemand kommt und es repariert oder zumindest Licht für draußen bringt, sodass man abends auch dort sitzen kann. Ist leider nicht passiert.
    Zudem war die Wohnung bei Übernahme noch nicht annähernd in einem sauberen Zustand sodass in den 2 Tagen danach jeden Tag diverse Menschen kommen mussten, um bspw. Pool oder Sofa zu säubern, diese Menschen haben sich leider teilweise einfach selbst mit einem Schlüssel Zugriff verschafft, was wirklich sehr unangenehm war.
    All in all war es kein schlechter Aufenthalt aber für den Preis kann man es besser machen

55. 4We had a lovely time at the beautiful Nox penthouse. The view is incredible!!!! And the location is the best one in Capetown! We did ask for a sun umbrella but sadly the person responsible for the house couldn’t reach the owners. You need a sun umbrella for the terrace otherwise you can’t really use it. Also there is no air condition in 2 bedrooms which was a bit of a problem for our friends (who left the apartement). The master bedroom had air condition and was amazing though.

    What you see is not what you get. The exterior does not match the interior at all.
    One is likely to write it off at face value, but wait until you set food inside. You get feeling that you got much more that what you had bargained for anticipated
