The main living and dining area is open plan, and consists of a fully-equipped kitchen, a dining area with seating for four and a TV lounge with a large leather couch. Foldaway glass doors open onto a balcony with views of the city and ocean. There is also a patio lounge and outdoor dining for six guests.
Each of the bedrooms boasts a Queen-size bed, outdoor access, plenty of cupboard space and an en-suite bathroom. The master bedroom opens onto the balcony, while the second bedroom opens onto a private courtyard.
Those who enjoy hiking will love the Lion’s Head path which begins just opposite the entry of the apartment. It’s a great contour path which offers an excellent viewpoint of the city.

1Disappointing experience overall. At check-in, we were given the wrong key, which meant we could not leave the property and consequently missed our next morning excursions during our short trip to Cape Town. There was also construction work taking place in the upstairs apartment, which we were not informed about prior to check-in. Additionally, a contractor and two workers were allowed to enter the property while we were present, without our consent. Communication was inconsistent—they stated one course of action in the chat but did something different when addressing the privacy policy breach.
The only redeeming aspect of the stay was Airbnb’s online and phone support. They assisted us throughout this disappointing experience and helped restore our confidence in booking stays through Airbnb.

Die Kommunikation war sehr einfach und gut. Bei aufkommenden Schwierigkeiten hat das Nox Team immer schnell reagiert und versucht Lösungen zu finden.
Es kam jeden Tag eine Dame, die die Unterkunft gereinigt hat, was unserer Ansicht nach, nicht jeden Tag notwendig gewesen wäre.
Insgesamt eine sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtete Unterkunft, ein tolles und professionelles Team und sehr empfehlenswertes Airbnb. ?

5my family and i visited cape town in end of august. the apprtment was very well located and had a stunning view. the furnisher was beautiful and practical. the kitchen is well equiped with a lot of space. the Tv has netflix, amazon prime and over all a great connection. parking lot keeps your care safe and has direct access to the appartment. we used an uber to get into town which was 5 minutes away and cost 3 euros. matthew the manager was very kind and helpful. overall an amazing stay!

5We had a fantastic stay, the apartment is beautifully furnished, amazing views, great location a very responsive host. Will definitely stay here again!
1This is a beautiful home, however it is managed by NOX, who keep trying to make you go to another site for full instructions.
The alarm needs fixing/maintenance, it keeps beeping every 10 seconds and NOX doesn’t have a solution apart from entering a code which fixes it for a few minutes. It was quite frightening the first night when the alarm started beeping with “threat” highlighted. It eventually became background noise, but it is not effective.
Very old washing machine, we washed 2 loads, the first load had no issue, but the 2nd load the door had gotten stuck. We notified them the evening before leaving, and they had “flagged” it and someone will help in the morning. In the morning no one did anything, we kept having to call different people, until 2 hours after our check out we finally reached someone at the top that got someone to help us.
NOX ended up charging us for repair of the washing machine door, we managed on the first load so not sure how we did anything different.
5Nox’s listing was nothing short of a beautiful inner city escape. We found ourselves being able to appreciate our beautiful city from a new perspective. The views were stunning the physical airbnb was gorgeous and extremely peaceful. Thank you to this brilliant team for hosting us!

Bei 4 Personen gibt es im 2. Schlafzimmer keine nutzbaren Schränke und 2 Wände bestehen nur aus Glas. Eingang geht direkt an der Glasfront vorbei.
4This home offers breathtaking water views, making it a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the natural beauty around you. The Nox management group deserves special mention for being incredibly helpful, responsive, and communicative throughout our stay. They made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable.
A few things to keep in mind during your stay:
-Shared Garage: The garage is shared with another tenant, where they have two parking spots, and you have one.
-Shared Entrance: The main entrance is a small hallway that is shared with another unit. Both doors need to be locked at all times for security, which can be a bit tricky when carrying items.
-Dryer: The dryer may take longer than expected to fully dry clothes, so it’s a good idea to plan ahead if you’re doing laundry.
-Hiking Access: There’s a convenient path right outside the door leading to Lion’s Head. The trail to the actual Lion’s Head hike is about a 1.5-hour walk.
Overall, this home offers a peaceful retreat.

3They had a real lovely apartment nice quiet neighborhood. Only two problems for one of the dryer doesn’t dry the clothes all the way and two the plumbing backed up and raw sewage came up through the bathtub and the shower. It took a couple hours to get it taken care of. We had to stay out of the apartment most of the day, and they felt like since they fixed it that was it. without offering any compensation at all for missing most of the day in the apartment
5My wife and I had an amazing time away in the mother city. The accommodation was incredible, quiet, with all the amenities to make it a home away from home. We had a really nice stay and will be back again.

5Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, befindet sich in einer guten Lage und hat einen unglaublichen Blick auf die Stadt bis zum Meer. Ein Parkplatz ist in der Garage vorhanden. Während des Loadshedding funktionieren die Lichter. Die Unterkunft verfügt ein Smart-TV, Waschmaschine, Wifi, Alarmanlage, etc. Housekeeping kommt von Montag bis Samstag vorbei.

4جلست يومين اطلالة جميلة ورائعة على المحيط، الشقة جميلة للجلوس والاستكنان والتأمل لمن لديه سيارته الخاصة حيث يوجد كراج مشترك، أما الخدمات تحتاج سيارة للوصول إليها وكذلك المحيط حيث تقع في مكان مرتفع جدا، وفيها ضغط على الركب في الطلوع والنزول، أقرب محطة باص خمس دقائق عن المنزل، وعشر دقائق مشي عن السي بوينت، وربع ساعة عن المحيط، انقطع النت و قنوات التلفاز الذكي عن العمل ولم تتم الاستجابة، وعاد يوم المغادرة صباحا، الكهرباء لم أشعر بانقطاعها.

5The host is very receptive and friendly, cleaning lady is exceptionally helpful, and the flat is very comfortable with incredible views. I wasn’t sure about the big glass windows in terms of security, but the host told us that we can turn on the alarm at night (and the area is one of the safest). Overall would highly recommend it!

5The apartment has an incredible sea view. It’s clean, homey and comfortable. Light and airy. Plenty cupboard space. Beds were comfy. Absoluteky loved the shower and bath area. Kitchen is well kitted out. On site parking was a plus. Very secure. Check in and out was seamless and our host was always available and on call if we had any issues or questions. We would absolutely go back.

4We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was clean and comfortable and the view was incredible. Parking was a little tight and you have to pay extra attention when following google maps to the apartment as the turn is tricky to find at night. But overall, we had a great time 🙂
5Uns hat die Wohnung sehr gut gefallen. Sie hat einen super schönen Blick auf Sea Point und Kapstadt. Bereist am ersten Morgen konnten wir von der Terrasse aus Wale sehen, was eher ungewöhnlich ist.

Das Nox Team ist sehr hilfsbereit und reagiert schnell und zuverlässig, wenn es Fragen gibt. Wir werden sicherlich wieder kommen.

4Very well located to explore Cape Town and in a safe location. The house was clean, well furnished and has beautiful views. I would high recommend the place. Our check-in and check-out experience was smooth.
The only matter of note before booking your stay at this place is that Cape Town is experiencing load shedding. We had no power for 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the evening. The house does not have a power backup. This caused us a lot of inconvenience because the power would usually go out around the time we are packing to leave and want all our devices to be fully charged. In the evening, the power cut would happen between 8 to 10pm (for 2 hours) which was the usually the time we returned from sightseeing in Cape Town, only to find a cold dark house with no power to charge our nearly empty phones, no internet to sync emails, etc.
