5Everything was perfect. Excellent position – walkable to supermarkets and restaurants. Fabulous outdoor space and pool – a quiet haven. Extremely comfortable, clean and felt very safe. Check in and check out could not have been more smooth. Host and house keeper so helpful. Couldn’t have asked for more.

3Lavinia’s Villa is beautiful and is in the right location if you want to be close to everything in Cape town. Grocery shops and restaurants are close by. The back yard is beautiful and relaxing.
The only issue was the cat smell and some cushions had cat hair. If you are a cat lover you should be fine.
