2. 5Beautiful, well appointed penthouse in a very convenient location, within walking distance to the Sea Point promenade. The apartment is secure and well furnished. Communication with the hosts was seamless. The large, private rooftop terrace with pool and beautiful views is a highlight. I’d definitely stay here again.

We felt right at home and will definitely come back the next time we are coming to cape town. The apartment is even more beautiful in reality than it appears in the pictures. Can highly recommend 🙂

5. 5Our stay at Nox apartments was immaculate. We were really happy with the apartment and were sad to leave it. The view is breathtaking and the interior is beautiful. All of the small details are so carefully chosen that everything comes lovely together. I hope to come back one day.

Das Apartment ist unbeschreiblich, wir haben die großzügige Wohnung, die sehr geschmackvolle Einrichtung und das Pooldeck sehr genossen und zu schätzen gewusst. Die Badezimmer und die Küche sind perfekt ausgestattet – es fehlte uns an nichts. Das Nox-Team und die Concierges sind sehr freundlich und proaktiv hilfsbereit, rundum ein einzigartiger Service. Herzlichen Dank an das ganze Team für vier unvergessliche Tage in Cape Town Sea Point.

11. 5Sehr sauber, übertraf die Erwartungen. Den gezahlten Preis absolut wert. Tolle Aussicht, Pool war sauber.
    Gastgeber antwortete schnell, Reinigungsservice konnte während des Aufenthalts angefragt werden. Handtücher wurden gewaschen, es wurde Staub gesaugt.
    Wir waren sehr zufrieden, würden diese Unterkunft jedem empfehlen und selbst wieder buchen.

13. 5Fabulous place to stay, the views were absolutely breathtaking. The furniture was all incredibly comfortable. The apartment had everything we needed in terms of kitchen utensils etc
    The pool was great to cool off in on hot days.
    Just a stunning place to stay, would highly recommend.
    Only 5-10 minutes walk downhill to cafes and restaurants…. Although the walk back is up a very steep hill so we opted for Ubers at times due to more unfit/elderly people in our group.
    Views of the sunset were just phenomenal from the balcony

14. 5This was by far the best accommodation I’ve stayed in during all my trips to Cape Town. Our group of six was absolutely delighted with everything. The location is perfect, close to all the places we love, and the views are simply unforgettable!! Breathtaking sunsets from the balcony and lounge, and peaceful sunrises from the pool area.
    The apartment is beautifully designed, with thoughtful details, comfortable spaces, and a calming atmosphere that made us feel immediately at home. Everything was spotless, well-equipped, and even more impressive in person than the photos.
    We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommend and would love to return!

18. 5Pictures don’t do this place justice. The apartment was immaculately clean and very well-decorated. The location is great as well as you’re a short walk or drive to nearby restaurants, bars, and beaches. All expectations were met.
    Check-in and check-out were easy and communication was clear.

    Anthony and Devon waren super vriendelijk en heel erg behulpzaam.

21. 5It’s hard to not give this place 5stars. It is spectacular. The views and fire pit upstairs was our favorite. The attention to details was so incredible. Do not hesitate to book this place.

23. 5This apartment was just BLISS! Immaculately furnished, super clean, stunning views, gorgeous pool area, kitchen was well stocked. Easy to walk to lots of great restaurants and the promenade. Nice and central. We loved our stay and will definately be back.

24. 5The penthouse was exceptionally well-appointed, and we thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of our stay. The panoramic views were particularly impressive. James provided a seamless check-in experience and was exceptionally welcoming. This property is truly a remarkable find.

26. 5Our group definitely enjoyed ourselves, the place was incredibly beautiful. Amazing sunset in the horizon, aesthetically gorgeous double floors. Definitely recommended, we’ll even wanna book again on our next trip to Cape Town.
    Do note they are strict on check in time as there will be someone to check in for you, we had a last minute change of plans and had to divert due to check in.

33. 5A stunning and modern penthouse, incredible views, amazing rooftop and in a great location. Rooms and living areas are spacious and beautiful.
    The penthouse had all we needed and more, with a friendly and responsive host. We will definitely be back.
    Thank you for making our stay in Cape Town magical, we loved waking up there daily and the sunsets were just breathtaking from anywhere in that penthouse.

34. 5Very nice hosts, super responsive and friendly. Communication was perfect.
    Apartment itself was luxurious with views to die for, esp when the weather is clear and you can see into the bay.
    Very spacious rooms, large open plan living room with well fitted kitchen and a nice cosy round dining table. Guest rooms are on other side, which would give privacy to master bedroom if in a group (we were just 2). Nice designer bath tub in the master bedroom.
    Recommended for couples. And we are hoping to come back in a group.
    Nice base to drive to outside Cape Town since easy access to the roads, while at the same time being in proximity to Sea Point and within a quick drive to the Waterfront.
    We highly recommend.

36. 5Amazing place with very beautiful view to the ocean, very clean apartment, with modern architecture and beautiful furniture. We liked seating in the top roof during the sunset, every thing at the building was very well organized specially the security.
    Honestly I highly recommend stay in this place and for me definitely we will comeback and would like to stay again at the same place

37. 5An unforgettable stay with the most spectacular views. The apartment offers more than what you will need in a rental accommodation. It is beautifully presented with a lot of natural light. It is clean, very stylish and very safe. We had an early morning flight to Cape Town and we were kindly allowed an early check in. As we visited in the middle of winter, we did not use the upper deck/ pool area but we hope to be back. Thank you Devon and team for your hospitality.

38. 5We absolutely loved our stay at the Sea Point luxury penthouse. After an 8 day camping safari in Botswana, this was the perfect place to rest and enjoy all the cape had to offer. The neighborhood was safe and quiet, and the views were captivating. It was very convenient to shopping and restaurants. We were only a short drive to everything we wanted to do. Upon arrival we were greeted by Devon who checked us in. We were given 2 sets of keys and a garage door remote. We were very happy at the level of the finishing of both the new building and the apartment. The 3 en-suite bedrooms were perfect and very comfortable, each with its own climate control and luxurious bedding. There was plenty of seating for everyone and all of the furnishings were comfy and spacious. The rooftop pool was a bit too cold for us to enjoy. We were able to briefly use to use the rooftop fire-pit. All in all, it was a very nice stay. We would definitely do it again. Thank you Nox!

39. 5Stayed here with a group of friends for our first trip to Cape Town and we couldn’t have picked a better airbnb! Everything was as expected and pictures of the view don’t do it justice. Anthony and Devon made our check-in and check-out super easy and were available if we needed any help. Highly recommend!

Rivals 5-star luxury hotels, and beats them in so many ways, especially for that price level: space, privacy, private pool, views to die for. Profoundly recommend on every level. One of the few apartments that is even better in real life compared to the photos.

The team, Anthony and Devon, are so amazing and fabulous – attentive and friendly and basically respond to any question ASAP. We almost treat here as our own home. Was very sad leave when check out. 46. 5Honestly the best air bnb experience i’ve ever had. Our host Anthony was fantastic and super responsive. The penthouse is the stuff of movies. Epic views, great furnishings, super-secure and in a perfect location, was never too far from anywhere we wanted to go. Again nothing short of perfect.
