The Bellevue is a large, sunny, 3 level holiday home in in Simon’s Town with stunning views of False bay, its location is an easy 3 minute walk away from the famous Boulders Beach, the Penguin colony, and is directly opposite the golf course. Windmill beach is also a few minutes away and is wonderful for snorkeling or diving.

This Simon’s Town holiday villa comprises of 4 spacious self-catering units, all with separate entrances and wonderful sea views, which can also be incorporated into the main house, with interleading rooms, giving a total of 6 bedrooms, and 5 1/2 bathrooms. Perfect for a large family or group of friends.

The main part of the house has a lovely lounge, leading onto a sunny deck with amazing views across the bay, and barbeque facilities. There is a dining room, and fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher. The en-suite bedroom with king size bed has wonderful sea views, and also leads onto the deck. There is an interleading door to the Golf Studio, with stairs up to the Honeymoon and Whale Studios, and stairs down to the Sea Cottage at the bottom level. The Sea Cottage has a private garden wonderful for children, and is easily accessible for the elderly or disabled. All units have flat screen TV and free Wifi throughout.

There is a lovely shaded back deck, dining and bar area, overlooking the enclosed pool, accessible from all units. There is ample parking onsite which is highly beneficial during peak season, no need to drive or stress about finding parking!

This spacious, sunny studio apartment has lovely views across the golf course to the sea. It is light and bright, and has a King/twin beds, kitchenette, dining area, and large walk in shower. There is also a sleeper couch for small children.

Sea Cottage

Light, bright self-contained 2 bedroom ground floor apartment with lovely garden and sea views. Spacious new kitchen, living room, large bathroom with walk in shower. Large patio and barbeque facility.
