5Absolutely stunning house. You feel like you’re living outside, especially on the top floor and with the spacious terrace. Multiple seating area’s for during the day or matching your mood. Beautiful art throughout the house and with a well equipped kitchen easy to cook your own meals. Easy to go for a morning or afternoon swim at the beach just at few minutes walk. Jean was really welcoming and checked in if everything was OK or with tips. The vast majority of the Cape Town highlights are within 30min drive or less. But in this house you stay in a much more relaxed and private atmosphere.
5We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed every minute in this beautiful house. The location is fantastic and the atmosphere of the place is very special. The view is absolutely stunning and makes the stay even more memorable.
Jean was an exceptional host. She was always reachable and responded quickly whenever we had a question. When we arrived, she took the time to explain everything about the house in detail, which made us feel comfortable and welcome right away.
Everything was exactly as described and the house is perfectly located. There are also several great restaurants nearby, which made it easy to enjoy lovely dinners without having to travel far.

5Host was super nice and kind! The place had such an amazing view, probably the best view I have seen so far. I highly recommend Nicholas place, they had a lot of amenities and an amazing spot close to the beach.
I would definitely be coming back here in the near future with my fiance.
