5Enjoyed My Stay
4Great house. Great view. House Staff were cool. Just a few things to mention. The hot water in the main room goes out often. Was never able to shower in the main room because water was always cold. Opening the gate for ppl that arrive at the property was a hassle as we never learned how to do it so we had to call the housekeeper every time we needed it opened if we didn’t have the fob in hand. Front door is automatically locked so make sure you know the front door code or you will get locked out. The pools take a long time to heat up as we never got to use the top pool because it never got warm, freezing upon arrival. The other two pools are not heated, or at least wasn’t the entire stay so we didn’t bother using the sliding board. Wasn’t warm enough to slide into cold water. Lastly, we had a late flight they didn’t have a booking that day but was trying to charge us $750 to check out at 3pm. Ended up charging half but for a 3k/nt house you would expect some grace.
5The most amazing house. Photos don’t do it justice. The views are spectacular. The entertainment and activities available at this mansion make this a dream holiday destination. It’s a private resort with a homely feel. Once in a lifetime experience. A definite must stay!
