2. 4Beautiful, spacious apartment that is tastefully decorated. We really enjoyed our walks along the canals to the V&A Waterfront , a lovely location. Unfortunately, we did experience an issue with the hot water. While it was reported, it wasn’t resolved during our stay, and we didn’t receive communication from Nox regarding steps being taken to fix it.

4. 5Fantastic!!! We stayed for nine nights and loved it. Clean, quiet, stocked with everything we needed. The management company was excellent. Always communicating, always helpful, always proactive. They provided daily maid service which was (unexpected) but awesome! The property is gated and requires a badge to enter. Security guards at every entrance. That was great. The location can’t be better. The parking garage was a nice benefit (secure, dedicated parking space).A safe, short walk to the restaurants and shops at the Victoria & Albert Waterfront. I can’t say enough good things about this property. I highly recommend, and would stay again. I would also consider any property managed by Nox (Property Managers). They were very very good!

13. 5We loved our stay at the marina waterfront. It’s the perfect base to explore Cape Town. The V&A waterfront has a great buzz with lots of live music and performance and a huge selection of restaurants. It’s very safe and we felt comfortable walking back to the apartment at night. The apartment itself is beautiful: even more spacious than it appears in the photos and immaculately clean. Would highly recommend!

20. 3The location is amazing, it’s close to the marina and the V&A waterfront. The apartment is also very safe. The property was not very clean, the floors and rug were dirty and there was loads of dust. There was meant to be a cleaner to clean and bring supplies daily but with the taxi strike this didn’t happen which was ok but there was no communication at all about this so we had to get basic things like tissue which for the price we paid isn’t reasonable.

22. 5That was my 6th pleasure visit to Cape Town and our stay at Altmore 001 is the best among them all. Macro was so welcoming and helpful. Smooth check-in and great communication. The apartment was so clean with a privilege of complimetary housekeeping. The heating and warming bedding are just adequate. Bathroom specious with a bidet. The view is spectacular from every single window. Complex with high security system and well situated perfectly within 5 min walk to the V&A waterfront. Thank you NOX for the good management of the property and we will definitely stay in Altmore 001 again.

23. 5One of the best Airbnb’s we have stayed at. The room is very spacious and well appointed, with separate living, bedroom and kitchen. The bed is huge and very comfortable. The outdoor seating area is fairly private (considering it is ground floor) and has a gorgeous outlook over the little waterway. Location is prime, less than 10 minutes to V&A Waterfront, and very easy access for Ubers to take you anywhere in Cape Town. The host was great, very responsive and met us on check in. We felt very safe and secure at the accommodation, and during loadshedding the wifi remained on and the apartment had a couple of back up lights. We loved it!

27. 5Fantastic accommodation, with beautiful views of the canal from all windows. Almost looks like you are in Venice. Super close to the V&A Waterfront making it very easy to get food, entertainment and more. Lovely sidewalks for taking a stroll. Would definitely go back.

29. 3Great apartment that is just like the pictures and a top notch location. Unfortunately there were issues with the security access when we were there, which meant we were unable to access the waterfront from our apartment. This should be an anomaly and shouldn’t happen to others. The Nox team is very responsive and willing to help.

31. 5Great place to stay for accessing the V&A Waterfront precinct. Better than a hotel if you prefer some privacy and the self catering option of a fully functional flat, but close enough for easy safe access to all the great eating and dining out experiences on offer.
    We thoroughly enjoyed our fews days getaway in this lovely apartment. And will definitely consider it again in the future.

32. 5Von Anfang bis Ende war alles super! Die Area ist gut da alles zentral, safe und ruhig ist. Nahe zu W&A! Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und hat alles was man braucht. Wir würden definitiv wieder diese buchen! Wir waren nicht das erste mal bei Marina Residence und sicher auch nicht das letzte mal!

39. 5A very nice, well equipped condo in a fabulous location. Being on the ground floor and next to the canal is a treat. Jaco was very helpful with our check in. We plan to return!

43. 5What a stunning apartment- beautifully decorated and sparkling clean and a perfect location. Being able to sit out on the patio was great and having your our stairs down to the canal is very convenient. We had a wonderful stay. Carol and Colin

44. 5The condo is brilliantly located in the V&A Waterfront, however still having the privacy and quiet when you retreat in the evenings.
    Not only is the waterfront at your doorstep, you are within easy reach of the city centre as well as all the attractions the city of Cape Town has to offer. We’d highly recommend a stay in 001 Altmore, hosted by Kelly and Karina!

46. 5the place is very private and secure every one gets his own key the place was clear . straight up to the river the waterfront is steps away it takes only 10-15 minutes the bridge separate u only! i will definitely recommend it and i will come back again for sure

47. 5Perfect spot in the Waterfront Marina, if not for Covid lockdown and restaurant closures it would have been perfect to walk to walk to dine each evening.

48. 5One of the most beautiful places. must visit l, it’s clean and near everything. if your staying there no need to rent a car or call an Uber the place within walking distance to everything.
    I Left My Car At Their Parking For 4 Days With Out Moving It. It an amazing place

49. 5It is home away from home. stunning view, Everything was spot on. what you see, is what you get! It would be nice if they left some paddle board to use during our stay. everything was within walking distance. We didn’t even have to use our car during our stay! Love the fully equipped kitchen. Great hospitality and the check in was 100% smooth, no hassle etc. Just love everything! Well Done. Thank you for the amazing stay!.

50. 5This is one of the finest lodgings of the 50+ Airbnbs we have stayed. Everything in the description is correct, K & K’s communication was the best we have had, the space is large and very nicely furnished, and you can actually cook meals in the kitchen – lots of room, good appliances, pots & pans, cooking utensils, coffee maker and French press, lots of plates/bowls/silverware and more.
    When return in September to Cape Town this will be our first choice of places to stay.
