5Great location on the V&A Waterfront. The property is spacious and well equipped and perfect for us as a family of four. The balcony is large and has a nice view of the canal.
There was a bit of noise from nearby works during our visit, though we weren’t in the flat much, so it didn’t bother us. Visitors should note that the swimming pool is in another building a little walk away.
5The apartment is within the V&A Waterfront Estate – our preferred place to stay in CT.
The NOX team were always on hand and made our stay very comfortable and stressless.
I would definitely stay with them in the future.

House keeping, Gloria, and NOX representatives response times were both great and starter supplies were a very nice touch. Layout was good for us too.
Several maintenance items were mentioned on 2nd day of a 3 week stay but only air con was addressed while we were there.
The apt needs an update.
But we love the Marina Residential and the location in town.
5We lived our stay. It’s comfortable and in an ideal location close to shops, restaurants and beaches. The home has all the comforts of home.
4Nox was amazing pre check in. Arranged early check in for 1230pm also allowed us to drop our 5 suitcases to their offices and they even had them sent to the unit for us.
Apartment itself was a bit dirty/dusty all round, we even found leftover medicines from previous guest on the floor under the bedside table (lazy cleaner not a Nox issue) and meat stains on veranda / balcony table. Master bathroom shower glass wouldn’t close so water leaked all over the bathroom. They sent a repairman to inspect when we pointed this out but even after 7 days (of which 4 were business days rest holidays) they never repaired it.
Another review here from July 2025 (7 months ago) mentions apartment is dated and needs renovation, which we agree. Seems the owner doesn’t want to do it and is miserly, for the prices charged he should do more. We paid almost $450/night for the place granted it was December peak.

5Great location once you found the unit. Check in was a breeze. Comfortable and clean with good security and accessibility to the V&A and the great restaurants and sights.
