5This was an absolutely lovely place to stay and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cape Town. The apartment was beautifully appointed, spacious, spotless and extremely comfortable, with every detail thoughtfully considered. The views were exceptional and the location was ideal, making it easy to enjoy both the Waterfront area and the city. It felt secure, peaceful and very well maintained. What really made the stay stand out was the service. The host was responsive from the outset and communication was always quick and easy. The property manager was equally helpful, always on hand to answer questions or assist when needed, which made the entire stay seamless. It is rare to find a property that combines such a beautiful setting with such efficient and attentive support. I checked out this morning genuinely wishing I could have stayed longer.

5We had a wonderful stay at the Waterfront marina. The apartment is well equipped, comfortable and close to the waterfront which was very convenient. It looks just like the pictures! The view is great and can be enjoyed from anywhere in the apartment.
They also offer additional services should you need such as a chef, baby equipment and extra housekeeping. This makes the stay even more great as you really feel like you’re on holiday!

5This condo is amazing. Floor to ceiling windows throughout with excellent views of Table Mountain on one side and the canals (and the Waterfront area) on the other side. Excellent location with walkability to the Waterfront. The service level from the host and communication was excellent. I’ll definitely be back!

5Staying at Este-Maria’s elegant penthouse at the Marina Waterfront truly exceptional. On arrival, I was blown away by the beauty, comfort, and tranquillity of the space.
The apartment is exactly as pictured. It’s stylish, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully designed with luxurious touches throughout. I woke up to panoramic views of the Marina and Table Mountain even though there were two days of serious rain downpour, the view was still magical. The entire space was amazing and private terrace was my favourite spot to enjoy evening sunsets. The location is unbeatable-peaceful and very secure, yet just a short stroll to the V&A Waterfront, top restaurants, and all the best that Cape Town has to offer.
Este-Marie’s team led by Banco were fantastic—welcoming, professional, and quick to respond to any questions. They made my stay seamless.

5The place just amazing . Cannot fault it . Walking distance to Victoria and Alfred Waterfront . Very modern and exceptional decor . Very clean . Had fully fitted and equipped kitchen , washing and dryer machine , dishwasher , wine cooler , large freeze and freezer . Amazing views one side table mountain and one side waterfront . Good sized bedroom room . Also had en-suite study . Balcony to relax . Fully Air conditioned. Will always come back here . Nicole was a great host and Banco was always responsive on any issues even on Sundays . Cleaning service available at extra cost
5Lovely apartment with views to die for. The view is with a wide angle, with nice views of the stadium and waterfront buildings and particularly the Cape Grace hotel, plus also some views of the water.
Security was tight; some procedures to get in but it was very reassuring and we much prefer it this way. Access to waterfront (and to One and Only Hotel) is secure, no need to go out on the road.
There is a lift directly into the apartment, which is operated by a key, and which is useful.
There are two bedrooms, with one guest toilet. Kitchen and living room are super spacious and there is a wide range of TV channels with a large screen, so it’s quite enjoyable to stay in, enjoy the views and chill. Access to lots of places is also easy since the main gate sits on a round-about with roads to different places.
We recommend this place and look forward to going back.

Diese Rooftop Wohnung war bisher das Beste, was ich über Airbnb gebucht habe. Der Blick auf die Waterfront sowie auch auf den Tafelberg, Lions Head und Signal Hill ist unglaublich schön. Wenn du abends am Hoch-Tisch mit Blick auf die Waterfront sitzt, er öffnet sich ein Blick auf die nächtliche Beleuchtung. Dieses wunderschönen Areals. Du siehst das Silohotel, den Yachthafen, das nächtliche Treiben in diesem unglaublichen Ausgeviertel von Kapstadt.
Die Wohnung selbst ist auf höchstem Niveau eingerichtet, beste Küchengeräte, die sicher nicht jeder selber zu Hause hat. Das Hauptschlafzimmer mit Blick auf die Waterfront ist unglaublich, alle Details sind extrem hochwertig.
Du fährst mit dem Aufzug direkt in die Wohnung, das Areal ist absolut sicher, denn man kommt durch den sehr gut bewachten Eingangsbereich mit Sicherheitsschleuse nur herein, wenn du einen besonderen Schlüssel hast. Man fühlt sich sehr wohl und absolut sicher.

5A lovely penthouse with all the amenities required. The views are breathtaking, the sun shining in the morning is the only way to wake up and so convenient for the V&A. We very much enjoyed our stay. Checkin and checkout was a breeze. We would definitely stay here again
5Stunning penthouse in a great location, particularly great for us was the standalone office room so we could work remotely effectively when travelling. Views of the mountain from the apartment too, it’s really something special.
