What Isn’t Powered: The fridge, freezer, oven do not work during loadshedding.

What Doesn’t Require: There is a gas stove works throughout loadshedding.
This home has housekeeping Monday - Saturday excluding Sundays and Public Holidays. Additional housekeeping can be arranged for these days on request.

This property is strictly non-smoking but allows smoking outside. Please Note: The Marina Gym and Cafe' is currently under maintenance. This project will be running from 1 July - Mid August 2024.

5Stylish three bedroom apartment in a great location. Well maintained and clean. The beds were comfortable and the apartment has a spacious living area. Nice views and walking distance to the V&A waterfront. The building is well managed and feels safe. The host is excellent.
4Host was good communicator.We had internet issue and it was sorted out quickly.Flat is comfortable and in the good position.Appliances were bit “temperamental” and bathrooms could be updated but overall we had comfortable stay. Apartment has dual view, on the Marina in front and back to the Table mountain.Lots of Waterfront places only look at canals.Overall we had pleasant stay
5The apartment is simple and very basic.
The best part of the stay was definitely the beautiful sea view — we really enjoyed it.
However, the place is missing some essential amenities such as drinking water, a coffee machine, and basic shower products like shampoo.
The sofa and the bed mattresses are quite worn out and not very comfortable.
Overall, it was okay for a short stay, but the property would benefit from a few upgrades and improvements.

5Beautiful and Cosy, safe, and perfect location! you can walk to V&A waterfront, with great restaurants, shops and city tours. As a bonus beautiful view of Table Mountain from the dining area. Would definitely stay here again, we had a great time.

4We enjoyed the flat, it needs some TLC as it is obvious it either has been heavily used or hasn’t been modernised for some time. Howvever,m there was everything there to make life comfortable away from home, and the views from the balcony overlooking the V&A Marina were great. Communication needs to be improved and streamlined – I was bombarded with emails, messages and Air B&B messages, most really quite unnecessary, and all were AI-produced. It took 3 days and complaining before a person actually responded to an issue we had. We were, however, very grateful for our luggage being moved from our old apartment to this new one,
