A wonderful and spacious one bedroom apartment in the Waterfront Marina. There is a large private balcony with outside lounge and dining space, overlooking the canals. The lounge and bedroom have access to the balcony. The living and dining area is open plan, with ample seating. The modern kitchen is tucked away at the back and has everything a couple would need for their stay.

5We had a lovely weekend at Gulmarn 201. You can beat the location. The V&A a short walk away. The flat was close to the main pool. It feels very safe and there is so much to do right on your doorstep. The flat its self was perfect for a couple. Serviced daily. Very comfortable.
4This place is pretty much as described on the listing. We’ve stayed in this vast complex before in a non-NOX-managed unit. It’s highly convenient to V&A Waterfront and very well (maybe too well) secure! Security is very tight and strict.
As Super Hosts ourselves, we have expectations from experience. NOX has excellent staff cleaning the flat daily; the apartment overall is comfortable and the kitchen well stocked for at-home cooking.
Our issues were: an off odor emanating from the bathroom — kind of a low level but persistent sour smell. There were air misters in every room, plus scented diffusers in every room. Not thinking this is a coincidence…
And, this unit is a considerable walk from the entrance gate. At least 6 minutes or so. If, as it was in our case, your luggage has no wheels, this is quite a strenuous hike to get to the flat. One of NOX’S staff helped us checking in. However, checking out, we were totally on our own — no luggage trolley, no staff to help us.

5Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung und können diese nur empfehlen. Sie befindet sich fussläufig zur waterfront. In die Anlage kommt man nur durch sicherheitstüren. Außerdem läuft auch Security über das Gelände. Die wohnung ist gut eingerichtet und hat alles was man benötigt. Die Putzfee kommt täglich und macht nicht nur sauber sondern räumt auch auf. Das gym ist neu und gut ausgestattet.
Wir würden empfehlen noch Handtücher für den Pool zur Verfügung zu stellen. Der Wasserdruck in der Dusche ist kaum vorhanden – unabhängig von der Tageszeit. Das Bad riecht aufgrund des Abflusses etwas übel. Der Check in kann schonmal 20 Minuten dauern.
5Im in love with the apartment and was blown away by how centrally located it is to the waterfront. The apartment was safe and absolutely a joy to have been there and called it home for a week.

5Beautiful apartment in the Waterfront Marina. Check-in was easy and host was friendly and helpful. The apartment is in a security estate with a beautiful canal and gardens. Easy walk to the Waterfront shopping complex and great restaurants. The apartment is clean with very nice furniture. I recommend this accommodation for a visit to the Cape Town city center.

2The Apartment was excellent. Unfortunately my stay was not as enjoyable as I would have liked as there were Jackhammers / drills going for most of the day so it wasn’t possible to stay in the apartment and I had to leave. Hopefully next time it can be dealt with swiftly, in which instance I’m sure the stay would have been far more enjoyable. Thank you for having me at your place and I looked after it as if it were my own and it was spotless when I left.
5A well appointed apartment, convenient location and excellent hospitality team
3Great location (once you locate the entrance which was not accurate according to Maps) but Nox was not familiar with the security process there which caused a lot of issues trying to bring in guests for planned work meetings (I had approval from Nox 1 week earlier that it would be fine – it wasn’t). The place is lovely but not worth all the additional hassle that comes with registering.
Coffee machine with no coffee. Advised Nox who said they would drop off – never happened. Not a major deal, but why say you would bring if you’re not going to.

5We had a lovely stay in this beautiful airy apartment. It was very clean and well located. Modern finishes and the kitchen had everything you needed. It was serviced every day which was a nice touch. Although we did not use the pool or the gym it was a nice to have. The patio is large and we loved sitting there till late at night. Loved the sliding doors in the bedroom leading to the patio. We did not want to leave!
5Had a lovely stay, such a beautiful clean apartment. The view was incredible. However I do wish it stated I couldn’t smoke on the balcony as I couldn’t find the designated area for smoking outside. But other then that I would definitely come back as I enjoyed it even though I couldn’t smoke. Haha Most definitely worth every cent. The hosts thought of every little detail. The check is was fantastic as I was truly accommodated for an early check in.
The supplies in the apartment were incredible, had coffee, milk the lot. Just an incredible overall place and I loved it.
