Outside on the balcony is comfortable patio furniture and a sun lounger, where you can relax and enjoy the views of the canal. There are also four swimming pools and a fully equipped gym for use by all guests.

5Fantastic place. Beautiful, tasteful finishes. Great amenities. We made use of the gym and pool. It is beautifully situated on the Marina. We walked to the V&A shopping mall. Parking bay very conveniently located near lift lobby. It was quiet. Nox was polite, responsive and accommodating.
4A lovely apartment in an excellent area. However, experience was spoked somewhat by the excessive and often erroneous automated messaging from Nox and the bureaucracy around getting an extended night. That being said, as soon as a human got involved, they weee polite and helpful. But Nox has to sort out the automated messaging and protocols system.

5The most beautiful canal side apartment. Truly a piece of paradise in the city! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, the views un-matched and the apartment felt like home away from home. Looking forward to returning!

5Absolutely superb apartment everything you need but for future guests to note the second bedroom is undersized and no view. Access arrangements are tricky. No early luggage drop off. And coms were mainly automated responses. But the beds & linen etc are all top quality and very comfortable. The easy riverwalk to waterfront was perfect. I recommend the little on site cafe and communal pool. Definitely recommend.
